The role will involve working within a team to provide support for this organisations; fast and accurate fault diagnosis and satisfactory resolution within agreed SLAs.

To be successful in this capacity, you will be a customer service focused individual with previous experience setting up and supporting complex networks.

You will be able to demonstrate the following:
- An ability to work well within a team environment - Ability to multi-task and take ownership of tasks - Skilled in a variety of Network Products including Cisco (VOIP, Security, Wireless, Routing and Switching), VPN, Wireless, etc. - WAN/LAN monitoring and management experience, ideally with skills using network packages such as Cisco Works, or similar. - VOIP, Call Manager, QOS exposure - Internet routing, DNS, Proxy Server experience - CCNA Certification ideal
